ଗତକାଲି ବିଳମ୍ବିତ ରାତିରେ ପ୍ରାଚୀ ନଦୀ ପାର୍ଶ୍ଵସ୍ଥ ଭାପୁର ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ପଇଡ଼ପାଟଣା ବେଲେଶ୍ଵର ମନ୍ଦିରରୁ ଦୁର୍ବୃତ୍ତମାନେ ବହୁ ମୂଲ୍ୟବାନ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ଲୁଟି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି | ୩ ଫୁଟ୍ ଉଚ୍ଚର ଅଷ୍ଟଧାତୁ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି, ପିତ୍ତଳ ନାଗମୂର୍ତ୍ତି, ମୁକୁଟ, ଚୁଡ଼ି ଓ କମରପଟି, ସୁନା ମା’ ପାର୍ବତୀଙ୍କ ସୁନା ଆଖି, ଘଣ୍ଟ, ଘଣ୍ଟି, ଆଳତିଦାନୀ, ଗରା, ପିତ୍ତଳ ଢାଳ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରଭା, ଶିବ ଓ ପାର୍ବତୀଙ୍କ ସୁନା ଚେନ୍, ବାସନ କୁସନ ଏବଂ ୨୫ରୁ ଅଧିକ ପିତ୍ତଳ ନାଗ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ଚୋରି ହୋଇଛି। ଦୁର୍ବୃତ୍ତମାନେ ଶିବ ମନ୍ଦିରରୁ ଚୋରି କରି ସାରିବା ପରେ ବନମାଳୀପୁର ଦେୱାନପାଟଣା ମା’ ଦୁଲ୍ଲାଦେବୀଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ପଶିଥିଲେ। ନବରାତ୍ର ପୂଜା ପାଇଁ ମା’ଙ୍କ ଅଳଙ୍କାର ସବୁ ପ୍ରତିମାରେ ଲାଗିରହିଥିଲା। ଦୁର୍ବୃତ୍ତମାନେ ମା’ଙ୍କ ରୁପା ମୁକୁଟ, ୨ ରୁପା ହାର, ୨ ସୁନା ଆଖି, ସୁନା ମଥା କିରୀଟ, ୪ଟି ସୁନା ହାର ଓ ପୂଜା ଉପକରଣ ସବୁ ଲୁଟିଥିଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏତିକିବେଳେ ହଠାତ୍ ମନ୍ଦିର ପାଖରେରହୁଥିବା ସିଦ୍ଧାର୍ଥ ବାରିକ ନିଦରୁ ଉଠି ବାହାରକୁ ଆସିଥିଲେ । ସେତେବେଳକୁ ଦୁର୍ବୃତ୍ତମାନେ ଚୋରି ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ଧରି ମନ୍ଦିରରୁ ସିଦ୍ଧାର୍ଥଙ୍କ ବାହାରିସାରିଥିଲେ | ପଡ଼ିବାରୁ ସନ୍ଦେହ କରି ସେ ବଡ଼ପାଟିରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପରିଚୟ ମାଗିଥିଲେ। ସିଦ୍ଧାର୍ଥଙ୍କ ପାଟି ଶୁଣି ଜଣେ ଦୁର୍ବୃତ୍ତ ଖଣ୍ଡା ଦେଖାଇ ‘ଘରକୁ ପଳା’ ବୋଲି କହି ଧମକ ଦେଇଥିଲା। ସିଦ୍ଧାର୍ଥ ବୁଝିଗଲେ ଯେ ସେମାନେ ମନ୍ଦିର ଲୁଟୁଥିବା ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗ୍ | ତେଣୁ ସେ ଖଣ୍ଡାକୁ ନ ଡରି ପାଖ ଘରର ଯୁବକଙ୍କୁ ଡାକ ପକାଇଥିଲେ । ଉକ୍ତ ଯୁବକ ଘରୁ ବାହାରିବା ଭିତରେ ୨ଟି ବାଇକ୍‌ରେ ୪/୫ଜଣ ପଳାଇଥିଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ବାଇକ୍ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟ ହୋଇନଥିଲା। ତାକୁ କାବୁ କରିବାକୁ ସିଦ୍ଧାର୍ଥ ଓ ତାଙ୍କ ସାଙ୍ଗ ଝପଟିଯିବା ବେଳେ ସେ ଖଣ୍ଡା ଦେଖାଇଥିଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ ସେତେବେଳକୁ ପାଟି ଶୁଣି ଗାଁର କିଛି ଲୋକ ଉଠିପଡ଼ିଥିଲେ |ଖଣ୍ଡା ଦେଖାଇଥିବା ଦୁର୍ବୃତ୍ତଜଣକ ଅନ୍ଧାରରେ ଦୌଡ଼ିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ ଗାଁ ଲୋକେ ତାକୁ କାବୁ କରି ବହେ ଛେଚିଥିଲେ |

ଗୋପ -16-12-23: ଗୋପ ବ୍ଲକ ପୋଇତରା ବାବା ନୀଳକଣ୍ଠେଶ୍ୱର ଶିବ ମନ୍ଦିରରୁ ରାତିରେ କଳା କନା ବୁଲାଇଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ଦୁର୍ବୃତ୍ତ । ଦାନ ବାକ୍ସ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଲୁଟିନେଲେ ଲକ୍ଷକ୍ଷଧିକ ଟଙ୍କା । ସୂଚନା ଅନୁସାରେ ବହୁ ପୁରାତନ ତଥା ଏ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ମନ୍ଦିର ବାବା ନୀଳକଣ୍ଠେଶ୍ୱର ମନ୍ଦିର, ସର୍ପାଘାତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ବାବାଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ଶରଣ ପଶିଲେ ସୁସ୍ଥ ହୋଇଥାନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ରହିଛି । ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଦିନ ହଜାର ହଜାର ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଳୁ ବାବାଙ୍କ ଦର୍ଶନ ଓ ପୂଜାର୍ଚନା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଧାଇଁ ଆସିଥାନ୍ତି ଏହି ଶୈବ ପୀଠକୁ । ସବୁଦିନ ପରି ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ଆଳତୀ ସାରି ମନ୍ଦିର ପହଡ଼ ପକାଇ ପୂଜକ ଚାଲି ଯାଇଥିଲେ । ସକାଳୁ ଆସି ଦେଖନ୍ତିତ ମନ୍ଦିର ଗ୍ରିଲ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ବାବାଙ୍କର ଥିବା ତିନୋଟି ହୁଣ୍ଡିବାକ୍ସ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଲକ୍ଷେରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ ଟଙ୍କା ନେଇଯାଇଛନ୍ତି ଦୃର୍ବୃତ୍ତ । ଏହି ତିନୋଟି ହୁଣ୍ଡିରେ ଭକ୍ତମାନେ ଦାନ ହେଇଥିବା ଅର୍ଥ ବର୍ଷକୁ ଥରେ ତଥା ଜାଗର ଦିନ ଖୋଲାଯାଇଥାଏ ବୋଲି ଗ୍ରାମବାସୀ କୁହନ୍ତି । ଏପଟେ ମନ୍ଦିରରୁ ଚୋରି ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ପୂଜକ ଥାନାରେ ଏତଲା ଦେବା ପରେ ଗୋପ ପୋଲିସ ଓ ପୁରୀ ସାଇଣ୍ଟିଫିକ୍ ଟିମ୍ ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ତଦନ୍ତ ଚଳାଇଛି । ଏପଟେ ଗୋପ ବ୍ଲକରେ ଅନେକ ଶୈବ ପୀଠରୁ ଅନେକଥର ଚୋରି ହେଉଥିବା ହେତୁ ଶିବ ଭକ୍ତମାନଙ୍କୁ କୁଠାରଘାତ କରିଛି । ଚୋରି ହୋଇଥିବା ଟଙ୍କା ଓ ଚୋରଙ୍କୁ ଧରିବା ପାଇଁ ପୁରୀ ଏସ୍‌ପି ତୁରନ୍ତ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନିଅନ୍ତୁ ବୋଲି ପୋଇତରା ଗ୍ରାମର ସଭାପତି ସୁବ୍ରଜିତ ନାୟକ, ସମ୍ପାଦକ ଉଲ୍ଲାସ କୁମାର ପ୍ରଧାନ, ୱାର୍ଡସଭ୍ୟ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟକାନ୍ତ ପ୍ରଧାନ,ଅଶ୍ୱନୀ ପଟନାୟକ, ନଟବର ପ୍ରଧାନ, ପୂଜକ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀପ ଦୀକ୍ଷିତ ସମେତ ଗ୍ରାମବାସୀ ମାନେ ଦାବୀ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।
